Kefan Home Furnishing Boosts Production with Automated Through-feed Four-sided Saws and Machining Centers

As a leading furniture manufacturer in China, Kefan Home Furnishing operates two major production bases in Guangdong and Anhui. In a continued partnership, both facilities have previously integrated our high-performance through-feed four-sided sawing centers into their production lines. Responding to growing production demands, the Anhui plant has now further expanded its capacity with an additional through-feed four-sided saw, complemented by a hardware processing line and a door revolving line.

Central to this upgrade is the DXJ Multi-axis Hardware Machining Center – our latest innovation engineered for high-efficiency door production. Equipped with multiple synchronized machining heads, this advanced center can process up to 500 doors in a single 8-hour shift, delivering remarkable precision and speed.

All equipment has now been successfully installed and has entered the trial production phase. Our engineering team remains on-site, providing close support during the early production runs and conducting comprehensive training for Kefan's operational staff.

One of the standout features of our machinery is its minimal reliance on manual labor and user-friendly operation. The intuitive control systems and automated workflows allow new operators to learn quickly and manage production with ease. This significantly shortens the training period and empowers manufacturers like Kefan to stabilize their output rapidly.
